PARTNERSHIP
PLANS

Getting Started

First, we want to get to know you. We will schedule a discovery call with you and key members of your team. Some clients are clear on their needs and other may ask us to provide a strategic assessment to uncover areas of potential improvement.

Our assessment will look at things including:

  • Website content and conversion quality

  • Brand message and audience alignment

  • Social profiles, digital assets and overall reputation indicators

  • Current marketing campaigns

  • Budget and allocation

  • Definition of KPIs

We then present a report and proposal tailored to your company and the goals you have shared with us.

What is a Partnership Plan?

A Partnership Plan is an agreement between a client company and Point Collaborative to perform a scope of work on an ongoing basis for a set monthly rate. We recommend this option when working with clients' whose needs span several projects, or involve strategy and implementation. Each plan is uniquely tailored to the needs and goals of the client company and is defined either from a discovery call or becomes the recommended course of action following a strategic marketing assessment, where ongoing assistance is needed.

In general, it is recommended to structure a Partnership Plan for a period of at least 90 days. The agreement will outline the scope and known deliverables over a 30-60-90 timeline, and includes one weekly touch-base meeting to discuss priorities and progress. A review is done at 90 days, and every 90 days thereafter to ensure the partnership is still a good fit.

Partnership Plan vs. Project

Generally, working with Point Collaborative on a Partnership Plan is similar to hiring a fractional contractor. Our services can often alleviate the need to hire a full time employee, or can fill in at a more strategic level, creating guidance and a plan for your marketing or sales teams to follow. We can also manage multiple vendor relationships for those clients who don't wish to source, vet and coordinate services across multiple channels.

If your needs have a clear, unified scope and beginning and conclusion, we will instead work out a project-specific agreement. Projects typically span a period of less than 60 days.
